In the Museum of History of Nizhnekamskneftekhim, a special place is given to the exposition dedicated to the formation of the Chemical Complex and its First General Director, Mr. Lemaev, Nikolai Vasilyevich.
A student canteen was presented to the Company's management. Here Mr. Airat Safin took part in a tasting ceremony called "Kystybyi". By the idea of the organizers, the tradition of treating the national Tatar dish appeared in the college only this year and it is intended primarily for first-year students. This new academic year, 725 people joined the college; they are future process operators, machine operators, laboratory assistants, electricians and other working personnel that are so much in demand at the production facilities of Nizhnekamskneftekhim. Today, Mr. Airat Safin, General Director of the Company, personally greeted them.
In his speech, he noted that the College of Petrochemistry and Oil Refining is "Workshop No. 1" for the Company since the legendary General Director of Nizhnekamskneftekhim, Nikolai Lemaev called it so. This educational institution has been working closely with the Company for over 50 years. Therefore, it is not surprising that the current staff backbone of petrochemists is mostly college graduates. Airat Safin told the students about the social programs that operate at the enterprise to support young specialists. He also wished the children success in their studies.
At the end of the solemn part of the meeting, the management of PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim held a working meeting together with Director of the College. Mr. Aidar Faretdinov, where they discussed the educational process for the upcoming academic year. Some new programs are created to teach prospective students to “think outside the box”, generate interesting ideas, and understand process technology trends. In addition, this is one of the most important terms, both for the personal success of young specialists, and for business development and economic growth of the country.
The specialists of the Department of Information Technologies of PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim presented another option in arrangement of control over the progress of the supply of equipment and materials, as well as control of communication between the services concerned. The need to create this option is related to an active phase of the project for construction of a new 600 KTA ethylene complex.
The implemented system allows for automatic processing of machine-readable files of packing lists, invoices and factures received from suppliers of equipment and materials for each shipment. Information from machine-readable files can be used to make documents required for acceptance procedure at the warehouse in the SAP ERP enterprise management system.
The integration of the accounting system with the project portal has been implemented in terms of transfer of information allowing to quickly track the materials and equipment flows to the laydown area and construction site, the issuance of materials and equipment to the contractor, control of the scope of works performed and the remains of materials and equipment.
The work performed made it possible to organize processing and control of the significantly increased scope of supplies, eliminating paperwork and manual data entry into the accounting system, and making operation of the warehouse and procurement service with no significant increase of staffing.
