December 1972 - OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” was rewarded with a jubilee honorary badge of the CPSU Central Committee, USSR Presidium of the Supreme Soviet, USSR Council of Ministers and Labor Union Central Council for achieving the highest results in the All-Union Socialist Emulation to mark 50 years of the Union of SSR.
March 1975 - “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” IC was honored with a title “Company of High Production Standards”.
January 1976 - “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” IC was rewarded with a memorable badge “For Labor Virtue in the 9th Five-Year Plan” of the CPSU Central Committee, USSR Council of Ministers, Labor Union Central Council and Komsomol Central Committee, and to be inscribed in the Honor Board of the USSR Economy Achievements Exhibition.
June 1980 – the Company was internationally prized with “Gold Mercury” for grand contribution to the development of overseas trade-economic ties.
April 1981 - “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” IC was decorated with an order of Lenin for successful implementation of the 10th five-year plan and socialist obligations, high achievements in scaling up product output volume and improving its quality, commercialization of new production facilities ahead of schedule.

1997 - OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” was honored with an international prize “Gold Mercury”.

April 2001 – V. February 2005 - V. Busygin, General Director of OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” , was declared a winner of the republican contest “Manager of the Year” in nomination “Executive of the Most Innovatively Active Company”.
March 2005 - OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” was awarded with a diploma of the TR Ministry of Economics and Industry for a significant contribution to the Republican economy advancement and for the best inventive, innovative and patent-license activities in 2004.
March 2005 – General Director of OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” Vladimir Busygin and NKNK Butyl Rubber Plant Director Ravil Shiyapov received a 2004 prize of the RF Government for research and engineering activities. At the same time, they were conferred the titles of the RF Government prize laureates in the field of research and engineering.
March 2005 – Per the results of IV All-Russian Contest “Russian High Social Efficiency Organization”, OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” was honored with a first-degree certificate for winning in nomination “Implementation of Social Programs & Development of Local Community”.
April 2005 - OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” was prized at the All-Russian Contest “100 Best Environment-Oriented Companies”.
April 2005 – A title ”Honored Chemical Industry Worker of the Russian Federation” was bestowed on Vladimir Busygin, General Director of OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” , by the ordinance of V. Putin, President of the Russian Federation, for services in chemical industry and a longstanding conscientious work.
June 2005 – A gold medal “Ecoleader-2005” and a first-degree certificate highlighted OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” as a winner in the main nomination “For Reducing Pollution” at the Republican Contest. The Company was also prized “For the Best Presentation of the Environmental Protection Activities”.
July 2005 - OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” was pronounced winner at the Contest “Best Russian Exporter of 2004” in nomination “The Chemical Industry Best Exporter”.
September 2005 – Gold medals were awarded to OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” for chlorobutyl, bromobutyl, butadiene (SKD-N) types of rubber, GPPS and HIPS at XIII International Exhibition “Chemistry 2005”; and a silver medal for the energy-saving process technology of isoprene one-stage synthesis being introduced at the Company.
September 2005 – Personnel Department of OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” was assigned an honorary title ”The Best Russian Personnel Department 2005” per the results of the first-ever All-Russian Contest bearing the same name.
October 2005 – General Director of OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” V. Busygin was honored with a “For the Commonwealth” badge of the Federation of the Russian Independent Trade Unions for grand contribution to the advancement and realization of labor, socio-cultural interests of the working people.
November 2005 – NKNK was pronounced winner in the most prestigious nomination “Leader of Petrochemical Industry” at a review-contest per the results of the RF industry development over the last 10 years.
November 2005 – General Director of OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” Vladimir Busygin was honored for the second time with an All-Russian prime prize “The Russian National Olympus”. He was invested with the order “For Honor and Valor” for having served the Russian people, the badge “Gold Olympus” and with an honorary title “Industrialist of the Year”.
November 2005 – All the displays of OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” won prizes at the 54th International Innovation Show “Brussels – Eureka”.

March 2006 - OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” was honored with a Grand Prix and Certificate “For Contribution to Developing the RF Petrochemical Industry” per the results of the best-types-of-rubber contest held within the framework of IX International Specialized Exhibition “Tires, Mechanical Rubber Items and Rubber Types 2006”. CIIR, BIIR and isoprene (SKI-3) rubber received gold medals and certificates, NBR (SKD-N) – silver medal and certificate for their quality.
May 2006 - OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” became winner of the National Ecology Prize “EcoWorld”. A 3rd degree certificate in nomination “Ecological Research & Technologies” marked the Company’s successful implementation of the 2004-2008 Environmental Management Program.

March 2007 – Super Grand Prix for developing the Russian chemical industry, Grand Prix for rubber quality and 6 medals for highest quality rating of the displayed product samples – the outcome to OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” participation in X International Specialized Exhibition “TYRES, MECHANICAL RUBBER ITEMS & RUBBER 2007” held at EXPOCENTRE (Moscow) on March 12-15. “Gold” was awarded to the quality of isoprene (SKI), ethylene-propylene (EPDM – for the first time), butyl types of rubber, BIIR and CIIR; silver medal – to neodymium polybutadiene rubber (SKD-N).

September 2007 – OAO "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" was honored with four Certificates per the results of XIV International Exhibition "Oil, Gas. Petrochemistry'2007". The Company was awarded Grand Prix for applying process technology and setting up isoprene production by one-stage synthesis method in nomination "Energy & Resource-Saving Technologies", a 1 st degree Certificate "For Setting up NdBR Commercial Production" in nomination "Chemical Products", as well as Certificates "For Active Longstanding Participation in the Exhibition and High Production Achievements" and "For the Best Design to OAO "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" Exposition Booth".

May 2008 – OAO "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" was honoured with Quality Prize of the RF Government for significant achievements in the quality of products and services and implementation of the high-efficiency quality management methods.
– OAO "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" ecological activity and sustainable development results were highly appraised by the Expert Board and Jury of the National Ecology Prize “EcoWorld”: the Company was pronounced winner in the nomination “Ecological Research & Technologies” for successful implementation of the "2004-2008 Environmental Management Program" and "2007-2015 Ecological Program".
June 2008 – OAO "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" proved to be the best per the 2007 Labour Safety Review-Contest among the companies, organizations and institutions of the Nizhnekamsk Municipal Region.
July 2008 – OAO "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" was honoured with Letter of Gratitude from the TR Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources for significant contribution to solving ecological problems aimed to enhance the Nizhnekamsk Municipal Region environment, to set up a Company Environmental Monitoring System and to ensure ecological safety in developing the Nizhnekamsk industrial hub.
September 2008 – OAO "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" was awarded a 1 st degree Certificate for the LiBR production process design per the contest results "Best Exhibit" in the nomination "Products with Novel and Improved Capability" within the framework of XV International Specialized Exhibition "Oil, Gas. Petrochemistry'2008" held in Kazan , September 10-12.
October 2008 – OAO "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" was awarded a Cup and Diploma from the Republican Board of the TR Association of Inventors & Innovators per the results of the Republican Show-Contest of Inventors & Innovators which assessed the 2007 innovating activities.
The Company was honoured with a Certificate of Respect for an active participation in the Contest "Best Invention of the Year". The title "Excellent Inventor & Innovator'2007" was conferred on the Company five employees.
November 2008 – The Annual Report of OAO "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" won at XI Anniversary Federal Contest of Annual Reports in the category "Ecological Efficiency – Company'2007"
- V. Busygin-General Director of OAO "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" became winner of the International contest “Entrepreneur'2008” among other 31 enterprise managers in the category “Industry”. Furthermore, V. Busygin, the only one of the nominees, received a prize “Leader of Strategic Industry”.
- OAO "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" won at the contest “Leader of Environmental Activity in Russia'2008”. As from 2005, the Company receives that high reward for its ecological achievements every year.

April 2009 – OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim has been awarded the diploma of All-Russian contest “Best Russian enterprises. Dynamics, efficiency, responsibility” in the category “For conformance to requirements of international program of sustainable development Responsible Care”.
May 2009 – OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim has become the winner of the annual republican contest for the best inventive, rationalization and patent and license activities and the holder of the cup “Best company in inventions and rationalization in 2008” . Five innovators of the company have bee awarded the golden badges “Excellent inventor and innovator”.
May 2009 – OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim once again proved its image of one of the best exporters of RF petrochemical industry having become the winner of Best Russian Exporter 2008 Awards arranged by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.
June 2009 - “The Catalyst for dehydrogenation of olefinic and alkylaromatic hydrocarbons” invention of innovators at OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim is honored the First Award following results of “The Best invention of the year” republican contest. The Incentive Award is given to the company for “The Liquid carboxylate composition of a rare-earth element” invention.
August 2009 - Following results of the “ECOleader” republican contest, the OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim is awarded with a Diploma of the winner in the “For the effective ecological program” nomination.
October 2009. – The Grand Prix “For development of technology and isoprene production assimilation by method of one-stage synthesis”, Diplomas of the first degree “For organization of butadiene rubber production” and “For the high level of research and technological development for the oil refining and petrochemical industry”, and also the Diploma “For the best design of the stand” – such are the results of the OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim participation in the 16th “Oil. Gas. Petro chemistry - 2009” International Exhibition.

October 2009. - OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim is noted with the diploma “For the vigorous activity in preservation of the environment” following the results of the 4th specialized “Industrial ecology and safety” exhibition. Also, OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim has won the Gran-prix at “The Best exhibit” contest in the “Innovative ecologically safe production engineering” nomination for the development and introduction of an isoprene technology on a commercial scale by a one-stage synthesis.
October 2009. - Experts of the organizing committee of “The Global experience and economy of Russia” International Forum have once again recognized personnel service of the OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim as the winner at “The Best personnel service in Russia” federal contest.
October 2009. - Excellent quality of products manufactured at the OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim is once again confirmed by awards of the 15th “Chemistry-2009” specialized exhibition of the chemical science and industry.
All types of synthetic rubber (isoprene rubber, butyl rubber, chlorobutyl and bromobutyl rubber, polybutadiene rubber with neodymium and lithium catalysts, ethylene-propylene rubber) are noted by diplomas and medals, including six ones - the maximum denomination in “The high quality of product, ever-lasting increase in assortment of synthetic rubbers” nomination. Plastics made in Nizhnekamsk have gained four diplomas of the first degree and medals, these are: polythene, polypropylene, shock-resistant polystyrene and general purpose polystyrene in “The high quality of product, ever-lasting increase in assortment of polymeric products” nomination. Diplomas note also active participation of the company in the exhibition and the best design solution of the stand.
