OAO NIZHNEKAMSKNEFTEKHIM AND OAO NOVATEK HAVE SIGHNED A BUTANE SUPPLY AGREEMENT
General Director of OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim ,V.M. Busygin, and the First Deputy CEO of OAO NOVATEK, M.V. Popov, have signed a long-term agreement on supply of liquefied petroleum gas – a commercial butane, produced at Purovsky Gas Condensate Processing Plant.
The agreement provides for supply of not less than 85 thousand tons of butane at the market price and is effective for the period of 2010 – 2012. This will ensure guaranteed supplies of raw materials for OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim processing production units and as for OAO NOVATEK - stable sales of its commercial butane.
A cooperation between the leading petrochemical enterprise and the largest independent gas producer in Russia will open new opportunities for further development of hydrocarbons’ advanced processing and finished product output of Russian origin.
