All-Russian contest was organized under the patronage of
the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology.

environment programs has been and remains one of the priority
vectors in Company’s investment policy. Book value of all
environmental property amounts to RUR 2.9b. Operational
costs to protect environment surpass RUR 900 m/y. In line
with the environment management program, nature-oriented
activities are supposed to consume not less than RUR 400m
in 2004-2008. An environment management system in “Nizhnekamskneftekhim”
INC complies with international standard ISO 14001:96.
