work.
A state award
was presented to him by S. Kiryenko, Plenipotentiary to
the Volga Federal Okrug, in Nizhny Novgorod on April 18.
S. Kiryenko voiced
at the solemn ceremony, that that high award was an estimation
of self-sacrificing work aimed at strengthening integrity
and power of the Russian State.
Vladimir Busygin
was appointed general director of “Nizhnekamskneftekhim”
INC in 1999, which were very hard times for the Company.
Due to well though-out implementation of a wide investment
program based on internal and loan funds, the Company headed
by him turned within a short term into a business unequalled
either in the range or quality of petrochemical products.
