That
takes place at DIVINYL & HC FEED PLANT.
The Program is
aimed at obtaining additional feedstock volumes for the
Company’s first and second industrial sites, while, at the
same time, augmenting efficiency in exploiting the First
Central Gas-Fractionation Plant’s capacity. After separation
of PPBBF, propane-propylene fraction will be sent to Ethylene
Plant to produce propylene, and butane-butylene fraction
will be utilized to produce feed for butyl rubber.
To-date, construction and erection are practically fully
completed. Feed is to be charged for processing in late
April.
Initial throughput
is supposed to be about 11 000 tons PPBBF per month, which
will be further increased.
