That
happened on the night of April 13-14.
“Ethylene 450” plant was put into operation in 1976; it
reached designed capacity for the first time in 2004 – produced
450 133 tons ethylene. It is currently under reconstruction
in order to achieve annual output of 570 000 tons ethylene
by 2007.
