Vladimir
Busygin, general director of Nizhnekamskneftekhim Inc.,
and Ravil Shiyapov, director of Butyl Rubber plant, were
awarded a prize of RF government in 2004 in the field of
science and engineering for development and industrial implementation
of new technologies of fast chemical processes in the turbulent
conditions. They were also given the titles of prizewinners
of RF government in the field of science and engineering.
