Within
the framework of familiarization visit to the Republic of
Tatarstan economic counsellor of the Embassy of the People’s
Republic of China in the Russian Federation Mr. Fan Chunyun
and his wife visited Nizhnekamskneftekhim Inc on February
2.
It is known that
according to the agreements reached during the recent visit
of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to
China, the People’s Republic of China will transfer 12 billion
dollars to the economics of our country by 2020. Tatarstan
has to play the role of a “starting” point in the field
of attracting the direct investments. Nizhnekamskneftekhim
Inc. is regarded as one of the partners of such cooperation.
General director of Nizhnekamskneftekhim Inc. Vladimir Busygin
and Mr. Fan Chunyun held discussions where they considered
the possibilities for attracting the Chinese investments
into the small- and medium-scale businesses within the industrial
area set up on the basis of Nizhnekamskneftekhim. Mr. Busygin
stated that fast growing Chinese market is of great interest
for our joint-stock company from the point of view of exporting
its products too.
The parties agreed
that representatives of the company will pay a visit to
the People’s Republic of China in order to adopt the Chinese
experience of development of industrial areas.
The participants of negotiations also included Mr. U Tao,
general director of OOO “Moda Alabuga” and his deputy Mr.
M. Gilyazov and Mr. M. Tagirov, member of Ministry of Trade
and Foreign Economic Cooperation of the Republic of Tatarstan
and Mr. E. Khabibullin, deputy general director for foreign
economic relations of PO “ElAZ”.
