The decision of September 30 was taken
by absent voting on distribution of unconvertible interest-bearing
documentary bonds to bearer of series 04 with compulsory
centralized care.
The bonds will be distributed in the form of public subscription
numbering 1,500,000 with face value RUR 1000 each.
