Reconstruction of Water Treatment Station and Water Supply System for Nizhnekamsk City is underway. At 1 January 2004, the capital investment amounted to over RUR 481.5 MM, i.e., 54.1% of the construction budget (RUR 890 MM), the financed budget constituted 60.4 % (RUR 537.3 MM).

As for the financial assets invested in Water Treatment Station from the beginning of the construction work, Nizhnekamskneftekhim Inc takes the lead among the financing contributors. Within that period, the Company allocated from its earnings for this unique construction more than RUR 202 MM, including the current year RUR 30 MM.
