Major objectives for the environmental protection at “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” Inc are defined in the ecological program developed for the years 2001-2006. It incorporates a number of measures to upgrade petrochemical product technological processes including automatic production and environment monitoring.
Following that program, in recent years the Company gained quite an experience in recycling and treating by-products. Today, over 97% of them are recycled, others are neutralized.
