That prize is conferred on world leaders in industry, service, commerce, science, who achieve a success in raising competitive capacity for their products and services, and who have the image of a well functioning company. “Gold Bullion”, the message reads on, “will consolidate the positions of your Company both in domestic and international markets, will further improve the image of the Company, will allow for extension of business ties and will evidence affiliation with the elite of the international business community.”
