Construction of Water Treatment Station and Water Supply System for Nizhnekamsk City is underway, which to be put into service in 2005. At 1 January 2004, the capital investment amounted to RUR 481.5 MM, i.e., 54.1% of the construction budget. At the beginning of the year, the financed budget constituted 60.4 % (RUR 537.3 MM).

As for the financial assets invested in Water Treatment Station from the beginning of the construction work, Nizhnekamskneftekhim Inc takes the lead among the financing sharers. Within four years, the Company allocated from its earnings for this unique construction RUR 172 MM, i.e., 32% of all financial investment.
