Opening the Conference V. Busygin, General Director of Nizhnekamskneftekhim Inc, wished the participants a fruitful work aimed to develop domestic industry. He also noted that the Company's specialists were manifesting a high inventive activity, saving due to new designs RUR 311 MM in the past two years.

The attendees of the Conference were young specialists from «Nizhnekamskneftekhim» Inc, «Nizhnekamskshina» JSC, «Nizhnekamsk Refinery» PSC, students and matriculants from Kazan Technological University and Nizhnekamsk Chemical and Technological Institute. Two days panel discussions were focused on “Oil Production and Refining”, “Petrochemistry”, “Rubber and Tire Production”, “Control and Automation”, “Ecology and Environmental Protection”.

At the Conference closing, the awards were conferred on the young specialists who delivered the most interesting reports.
