In the year 2003, Styrene & Polyester Resin Plant reached a record output for three types of products: styrene – 253,727 tons; propylene oxide – 62,732 tons; polyethers – 59,117.7 tons. Styrene output growth compared to the year 2002 constituted 103%, propylene oxide – 105.6%, polyethers – 106.4%.

On the whole, the Plant sold marketable products amounting to RUR 5,920.9 MM which comes to 26% of the total sale by Nizhnekamskneftekhim Inc, profit stake – 28%, export stake – 30%.

The success became possible thanks to intensive work of the Plant's personnel, supply of major feedstock – benzene, turnaround within the shortest time limit.
