Nizhnekamskneftekhim Inc pays much attention to maintaining and development of social welfare. That is evidenced by the fact the Company maintains three recreation camps for children, prophylactic sanatorium, two recreation centers, four sport schools for children, renders free medical assistance to the Company's personnel. Furthermore, in compliance with the Collective Agreement signed between the Personnel and the Management, Nizhnekamskneftekhim Inc rendered benefits totaling RUR 138 MM to NKNK employees within nine current months. They include expenses to deliver personnel to the industrial site and back home – RUR 80.8 MM, free of charge lunch – RUR 46.5 MM, retirement benefits – RUR 6 MM, veteran of labor rewards – RUR 2 MM, and others.
