Interesting reports by the Congress participants were reflecting the forum motto “From order in business to intellectual management” and were dedicated to integration of processes, technologies, personnel, when introducing novel findings of SAP. It is worthwhile mentioning that novel findings are being mastered by Russian specialists within short time limits. Particular interest of those present at the Congress was stirred up by a novel form of demonstrating SAP findings as a live theatre, in which CIS SAP members were performing the functions of a company’s management personnel with the help of SAP Business Suite findings.
