Policy of “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” INC in Labor and Industrial Safety
"Nizhnekamskneftekhim" INC, one of the Russian petrochemical industry leaders, declares life and health protection of the employees as one of the basic corporate priorities and one of the determinants in its development.
In view of this, Management of "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" INC assumes the following obligations:
• follow the Russian Federation legislation on industrial and labor safety, state rules and guidelines, operating procedures, regulations, standards and instructions effective at the Company;
• continuously raise the level of safety culture at the production sites;
• relentlessly improve the management system;
• provide indispensable resources to advance labor conditions, to operate and advance the management system.
The obligations assumed shall be implemented through:
• management of risks dealing with production equipment, production processes, personnel activities;
• personnel competence upgrade;
• effective economic policy, stimulating healthy and safe labor conditions;
• involvement of the employees in improving the production processes and management system;
• systematic highlighting of labor and industrial safety issues in mass media.
